How to get someone here legally from Mexico?

More details to this question:
I am a US citizen and my fiance was born in Mexico. He has never came to the US and I would like to know what I can do to get him here. Also how long it would take to go through the process. We plan on getting married In Mexico but I want to know what I can do to get him here legally for a while.

If your fiance is in Mexico, you could file the I-129F form and documents and sponsor him as your fiance. Or, you could marry him in Mexico and then sponsor him as your spouse.
