How to sort out my current status in the usa

More details to this question:
I came on a tourist visa to as a trial with a family to be a nanny. They never helped me & i stayed. I have since had a baby & the father is a us citizen but we are not together . I have nowhere as sucg to go back to. I have an amazing support network here. I would like to stay & make a life for myself here
