Hi … I have a question .. I am a green card holder married to USA citizen. I want to apply for an humanitarian visa for my mom… she lives in venezuela. I want to bring with me because she has been suffering depression for years but not she feel really bad and she cannot take her of herself . Since depression is metal disorder, can immigration denied the permit because it is depression? Thanks

If you apply for US citizenship, then you can sponsor mom for her green card. How long have you had your green card for?
