Husband hitting the wife

I got a female friend ,she got hit by her husband all the time and he even locked her at the house and don't let her go anywhere , even she can go out sometime , he kept using the find my phone apps to look her up and everytime when she turn off the location the man started having a fight and argue with her Sometime she want to get out the house but she can't bc the husband block the door, when he hit her she want to call the police but she can't bc the man took her phone away , she yell so loud neighbor can't even hear it bc is too far away, he even want to call immigration to catch her to go back to ur country They been together for 8 years and the man never want to help her get the green card and she got nothing under her name at all not even car or the house , she so scare to leave him bc she scare got kick back to ur country and the man even know all her password stuff and check ur Facebook , phone call , text messages and email , he check her up everyday

Hello. I am sorry to hear about the situation.  It appears your friend may be eligible to stay in the US if she qualifies for a U visa, based on her being a victim of violence. She would need to get an advocacy group or law enforcement agency to sign off on the application and if approved by USCIS she will be allowed to stay.
