I am 18 years old. I wanted to know that if I get married to my boyfriend will the age matter when I try to fix for him?

At the age of 18, you are free to marry and sponsor your boyfriend for the green card. I note that you will have to be able to show proof of ability to support or have a cosponsor who can take up the financial burden. You may petition for a spouse if you are 18 years of age or older. Your age should not factor into the inquiry too much unless there is a significant age difference between you and your spouse. In such instance, your marriage may be subjected to increased scrutiny. However, so long as you enter the marriage in good faith, you should be able to have the petition approved.
