That would likely be H-1B, and since that would be a cap H-1B, the petition would likely have to be filed in the first five business days of April for work to begin in October at the earliest if you are selected and approved. If you have an I-140 approval, you would be able to keep the priority date, but would have to file for a new PERM and I-140 for permanent residence.
