I have received an RFE for H1b Extension. Question is on non qualifying job duties.

My company is small. We are two men company. My company's owner and myself. So I am the only employee. Query is been raised who is doing non qualifying job. Will it create a problem if we mention that my company's director is doing all the administrative work? What would be best reply?
