I hired a lawyer to file a political asylum and he stated that even having dual citizenship i was elegible. Of course I failed.

He then was hired to file an H-1B visa which he succeded. Then rehired to file the extension. He never reflied. I placed a complaint with the Bar Association of California and he was found guilty. Due to all that, I lost my job, the sponsorship from my employer and I''m about to lose my house and everything I made in this country for the last 10 years and will have to leave the country and be bar to return
