More details to this question:
I live in Ghana and in 2014,out of desperation and joblessness,I applied for a tourist visa and a visa agent asked me to lie that I was married with a kid meanwhile I wasn't married and I was refused the visa.I got married in January 2015 to my husband who is a permanent reside in united states and he filed for me that's I_30,I am supposed to go for an interview soon but I am so scared because they have my information. And i haven't told my husband that i have applied for a visa before. What worries me is that I have a 7 months old baby. How do I have tell the visa officer that I have lied and I this is the truth? Is there a way out?

You you must be truthful in all communication with the consular official. You should admit providing false information. There will be consequences but it is usually better to admit you lied than to try to lie again and get caught. You will be required to file a waiver. You can read more about the waiver at http://myattorneyusa.com/waivers-for-fraud-or-willful-misrepresentation-of-a-material-fact-to-obtain-an-immigration-benefit.
