More details to this question:
Got married in March 2018, everything was good my husband would often taunt but I always brushed it away as his family told me he had a sense of serious humor. He filed my application and I started getting emails from NVC. I was granted my immigration in April. I flew into the US in June. From day 1 things seemed changed, he was always estranged and would threaten me he will get me deported and sent back. He was a totally different man. Keeping my marriage intact, I tried to make things work even when he did not have any physical contact, would sleep with his dogs and will leave me alone at home to hangout. He never allowed me to drive or work. He brought me to Pakistan stating a family wedding but instead left me at the airport. He now says he doesnt want me, threatened that he emailed the USCIS to cancel my GC, cancelled my ticket and told me I cannot enter the USA. What should I do? I have my CR1 GC with me.
You may be able to file a VAWA application and remove the condition to get your permanent resident card. More facts are needed. Discuss with counsel anywhere in the USA about possible contingency fee representation.
