More details to this question:
Hello there, my name is James, I'm 23, and I'm a tech entrepreneur on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, I have been featured on most major press outlets for building and selling my previous tech company at the age of 18. I have been coming in and out of the US for the last 6 years with no issues, I've come here on a B1/B2 and I have obtained the O1 Extraordinary Ability visa as well. On my last business trip, I was denied entry, and received a 5-year ban, for forgetting a THC vape pen purchased from San Francisco in my bag while going back to San Francisco (I had no understanding that it can be legal in California, but not legal to bring back). I am stuck now, and I have a startup and funding and a lot of great work to do in the US. I was sent back to my country Lebanon, where I'm trying to figure out the waiver with the US embassy here which doesn't seem to responsive. I want to be back as soon as possible and explore all possible options that we can do to accelerate my re-entry.
