Went through removal proceedings and was declared to be a derived US Citizen that in 2009 when I was locked up,, Just got home in November 2021 but I still don’t know my status cause my green card has expired and I was told to File a replacement card,,,, but I didn’t do it yet cause of the outcome of my removal findings,,,, can someone please find out my status

This is a bit more complicated. Did you have an attorney? Did the attorney file form N-600? What did the Immigration Court order state? Was the case dismissed "without prejudice?" At this point, given the seriousness of the situation and the potential for a new Notice to Appear to be issued by ICE or USCIS, I strongly recommend a consultation with a competent and experienced immigration attorney, who can parse through all of your documentation.
If you no longer have your documents, an experienced immigration attorney should know how to request copies for review, but it may take some time to retrieve them.
