Look over the link below. You may qualify for a National Interest Waiver of the Labor Certification process, which otherwise requries proving there are no US citizens or permanent residents who can fill the position you seek. You would need a job offer (such as with a dental practice somewhere in the US). Start this process by looking for a US employer willing to offer you a job.
