My husband's i-130 has been approved and is now in the NVC phase. I filed online and knew nothing of the i-485. Can I still file a i-485 or is it to late? Can he work if i dont file it?

Are you a US citizen? Did your husband enter the country legally? These and other issues would need exploration.
