I am a U.S Citizen living outside the united states . I want to file I-130 for my spouse and my daughters . My question is, do i have to file form I-864 with the I-130? Also how do i collect FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP in the immigrant visa process step 4 if i live outside the united states?
