I-130 Immigration Question

More details to this question:
My sister and her husband has been granted a Vistor Visa to USA and last month we applied for her I-130 immigration petition under F4 Category. Now if she tries to visit USA, will she be denied entry at the port?

It is possible but not likely. It will take more than a decade for an immigrant visa to be available to your family. They will not immediately be able to seek adjustment of status.
