More details to this question:
My Employer applied PERM with Bachelors and 5 yrs as Minimum Requirement and in the alternative Position he filled masters plus 3 years,My perm is approved but now my employer planning to apply I-140 in EB2 Category. i have masters plus 3 yrs experience,based on the perm will i qualify for EB2
