I filed i-485 on may 2018. I have filed i-130 on march 2018. I got a information that I can filed i 485 while i-130 case is pending. Just need to submit i-130 receipt along with the application. Now USCIS is asking me the proof of my souse entered in USA. My spouse is still in India. I spoke to the customer service, They said I need to withdraw the application since My spouse is still in India, and they are not sure if I will get the refund or not. Can you please suggest me what to do to get my refund. Thanks.
