I-485 got denied, can I re-apply

More details to this question:
I-485 denied because petitioner was not a US Citizen when interview. Now, Petitioner is a US Citizen. Can I re-apply I-485 or I have to start over with FORM I-130

You can reapply. You do not need to start from the scratch. you can use the same I-130 approval.
