I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

More details to this question:
My LPR's (Green Card) expires on 11/08/2020 and I do not quite understand the following: "To remove the conditions on your permanent resident status, you must file a petition within the 90-day period before your conditional Green Card expires." Does that mean I still can file on 11/04/2020?

Good question. The 90-day period means that you must file your I-751 within the 90-day period before your green card expires. You cannot file I-751 before or after that period. That means you can file from Aug. 10 until your green card expires. USCIS must receive the I-751 before your green card expires. If you file on Nov. 4, just make sure USCIS receives it before Nov. 8.
