If I am currently on full time H1B and would like to work part time with the same employer, can I do so and how?

You may be able to do so, but you have to ask your employer and whoever did your application for the H1 visa.

Yes, you can go to part time employment but the employer has to file an amended H-1B visa petition with USCIS.

You will need to amend the H-1B from a full-time H-1B to a part-time H-1B.
