If I am working in the US by an H-1b visa, will it effect my F4 immigration process?

More details to this question:
My US citizen sibling filed I-130 F4 application for me in 2002, and currently I'm waiting for F4 Visa priority date to be current, and last week, I got a Job offer from US employer who is willing to sponsor my H-1B visa to enter and work there, so does this affect my F4 immigration Interview? And if I got the job, shall I get back to my native country for the F4 interview when I got called?
An H-1B visa is a "dual intent" visa which permits the holder to have an "intention to immigrate permanently" and thus apply for permanent residence. You may enter on H-1B, then when your F4 category becomes current, consular process your immigrant visa.
