If I don't have an affidavit can I use someone else for a i-130?

An I-130 can only be filed by certain relatives but if the Petitioner does not make enough money they still file an affidavit of support but you also have to have a co-sponsor.

What do you mean? Your income is insufficient? If so, you can have someone else act as a joint sponsor for affidavit of support purposes.

It is called SPONSOR. There are certain requirements and paperwork for that.

Yes, but the petitioner also has to submit one.

You can use a Joint sponsor. However, you do not need a financial affidavit at the time of filing an I130.
