If I filed a I-130 Petition for my wife in the USA, can she stay here while waiting for her petition to get processed?

Hi, I'm a US citizen and I have filed I-130 petition for wife who is currently in the US on a visitor visa. The petition is still in process and her entry is expiring in a few days. My question is: 1. Can she stay in the US while this petition is in process or does she have to go back before the entry is expired? 2. Can she come back on a visitor visa if this petition is still in process?

Since she entered legally then yes. However what was her intent when she came here on a visitor visa? To get married or to visit? Did you guys get married within 90 days of her arrival? Did you file just the i130 or the adjustment of status ? Discuss with counsel here in Florida.
