If I sponsored someone, can I have them deported after they received permanent residence?

More details to this question:
I sponsored my brother and his family. When they arrived to New Jersey his wife decided she does not want to live with him and took the kids and left. I want to know if I can have his wife and kids deported as they have caused me great stress?

No, you cannot have them deported as they have not violated any immigration laws by not living together. Your stress in this matter is of no legal basis as far as immigration laws and basis for deportation is concerned.

You won't like this. The answer is no. Also, even if your sister-in-law divorces your brother, you, as the sponsor, continue to be on the hook for having submitted an affidavit of support for her. This means you are responsible to support her; in fact, she can sue you for support.
