Im a us citizen, my married sister is in the states under a student visa, she is doing a major, so i was wondering if i decide to spouse, how long will it take, im a aware that when the relatives are in the US, LEGALLY the waiting period its suppose to be less than (10 YEARS IN THIS CASE) hehe i was wondering if i was correct
