I'm a USA citizen, i made a pettion for my mom residentship BUT ......

More details to this question:
My mom came to USA 12/29/2013, we started her resident paperwork in April 2014, we did send the paperwork's to immigration but they returned all bcz we did send a money order with more money, The second time we did send and they returned bcz we was missing 1 signature.... we did send back 1/06/2015. My brother died 2/7/2015 we don't have families in Venezuela and my mom back to Venezuela with me, now she is Venezuela and I want to know what we can do for brined her back... she is a senior, we don't have more family in Venezuela, and she is divorce ...What I can do ???????

Si eres ciudadano americano es muy factible que puedas inmigrar a tu madre desde Venezuela.
