I'm confused about this updates. what is the likely response to expect

Good evening I am so confused about an update I got on my employment authorization after raising SR I raise a service request after 75th day my application was received but on January 11th I got three different updates which are listed below. ‎ 1. On January 11 th2016, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number was assigned to an officer for response. 2. On January 11th, 2016, we sent a response to your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number. 3. ‎On January 11th, 2016, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number was competed.. Note: the EAD was based on adjustment of status ‎ ‎
