hi i was apply for green card for my mother she is in usa now but she had overstay in due to covid and i was apply for green card for my mother but now this process going to pending but me and my husband usa citizeanship holder there is a one problem my old document ( nepali document ) and usa citizen ship document date of birth ( DOB) does not metch but i also provided nepali document for supporting in this case my the is any problem for me and my mother thank you very much

I assume that the Nepali document is one that is essential for the process of petitioning for your mother, such as your birth certificate. If so, you would have to account for the variation in birth dates between that document and your citizenship paper. Hopefully, you will be able to find evidence to reasonably explain the difference in birth dates.
