I am married to an American we have a child together she is trying to help me get legal in the United states we need a lawyer but we don't have resources to pay one ....what can we do?

If you intered legally you can adjust to permanent resident in the United States but you nay have problems with the income requirements. Catholic Charities may be able to help if you cannot afford the legal costs.
