I applied for my mother in-law for I-539 form to extend her stay cus of flights canceled due to Covid-19 to go back home.she was able to travel back home 3 months later once the flights are back. After 7 months just got a notice of fingerprints appointment but my mother in law already left thecountry. What should we do please, thank you

At this time, it is apparent that your mother-in-law will not be able to attend her biometrics since she has already left the country. You can either do nothing or return the biometrics notice with an explanation that your mother-in-law has already left the country and will not be attending the biometrics appointment.
