If you are sponsoring them for their green cards, it will affect them in so far as your household size may change in the I-864 form that you need to file for their financial sponsorship.
Your getting married does not affect your relationship to your parents immigration-wise. You are still eligible to sponsor your parents for permanent residence. Note that the addition of a spouse does increase your household size by one more, and so if you eventually give an I-864 affidavit of support, the amount of support must cover one more person. That one more person, however, can also be a plus if the person is working and has income to contribute to the support of your parents.
