When i visited the states in 2009, I got married in las vegas, i never thought it was serious, nothing happened between us. Then i went back to my home country, got married and have 1 kid now. Then last year, i got a job offer in the US, going to Texas this July, i wanted to bring my family with me, but then i found out that I was registered in nevada. I got it annulled but can i still bring my real wife and son with me to the states?

Annulling a marriage does not mean that it never existed in the eyes of Immigration. You would have to remarry your wife in order for her to be considered your legal spouse prior to her applying for a visa to come to the States as your dependent.
