Hi Im libyan and my wife were American in 2017 by his birth certificate so i want to know if i can immigration with my family and how !?

If your spouse is a US citizen, she can sponsor you for a green card at the consulate overseas if you are there. If you are already in the US and you entered the US legally, you can adjust status to obtain a green card here, despite if you are currently out of status.
