More details to this question:
My brother was arrested 6/23, charged with assault on a female and other domestic violence. He appeared before a judge 6/24 and was released on an unsecured bond, he is still in jail because there is an immigration hold. He is unable to communicate with family because he left his phone at home when he got arrested. I need help.

This is not a Domestic Violence issue, it is an immigration issue. I have changed the practice area for this question so that hopefully you can get an answer over there from an immigration attorney. Best of luck.
