More details to this question:
My brother filed his legal document with his wife. Just followed up on it and was told that they received an anonymous tip and letter with a picture saying that he has another wive. He is devastated because this is not true but he has been given 30 days by immigration to prove that it's not true. We are not sure how to approach the situation. Please help

Hi. You need to get proof of his marital status from the county you live in and the country he came from. That would be the best option. You would also need to further prove the current marriage is bona fide.
