I got H1 from A company but never joined them,Company B filled my transfer and i started working for them with end client.the transfer got RFE and asking for the education matching my job responsibilities.now the client wants me to join them and ready for my transfer my question is Client is a Non Profit organization is it possible for them to file. Already have a RFE can still he can go ahead and file my papers Have the Company A approved petition so in case the end client ask for the pay stubs of company A i wont b able to provide as i never joined that company Company B is not ready for premium processing so will it be a issue for new paper filling.
