More details to this question:
I’m an international student. I have been arrested in shoplifting and my hearing is on 26th of July. I have an emergency so want to go back to my country. I will be coming back to United States in a month. Will that be a problem during my customs security check?

More than likely, you will not have a problem coming back to the US. The fact that you have not been convicted or pleaded guilty to the charge is in your favor. You should be aware, however, of something called prudential revocation of a visa in which the American consulate or embassy overseas hears about your arrest and revokes the visa. If you are outside the country when that is done, you will lose your ability to return on that particular visa.
