More details to this question:
attorney H.K was hired for green card application and processed through LC approval status.there after I moved to another attorney and process I-140. the I-140 was originally approved but later Revoked because H.K inputted incorrect position for LC application. the process has to be restarted and finance, time has been lost due to H.K attorney's error. I want to sue the attorney. How can I do. please let me know.
