QUESTION

Insufficient information in birth certificate

More details to this question:
Hi, I may apply for Eb1-C in future. Trying to gather information as much as so that can speed up documentation. During this phase, found my name is blank( which left blank during birth registration due to some religious reasons) and date of birth mismatch for 5 months. I am seeing various suggestions in other forums like affidavit is enough and all identity documents(like passport/DL/SSN) have to be corrected with the correct date of birth mentioned in birth certificate. Please help me to proceed further to avoid any chances for RFEs/denial in future.

Like those on other forums, we will tell you to bring all your national documents to a final denominator when your name will appear correctly and uniformly. That includes your Certificate of Birth and Passport.
