Interested in joinin the army

Hi I would like to know if I have the opportunity to join the army if I am not a US citizen, I have the B1 visa class and don´t know how to obtain the I-551 stamp. Do you recommend me to contact the US embassy? Thanks in advance

In order to enlist, you will first need to become a lawful permanent resident (green card holder).  If you have a relative in the US, that relative may be able to petition for you to become an immigrant.  You cannot enlist in the US military as a non-immigrant (such as someone in B1 status).
