Is an administrative services manager a professional job for H1B?

I found a job as an administrative services manager with a gas station as a part time for $45.20 per hour. I have a master's degree in accounting. Can this job help me get the H1B or not? I need your advice, please.

Eligibility for an H-1B is based on the job description and the government will not place much consideration on the job title. It sounds like the pay would probably satisfy the prevailing wage. I would suggest having an attorney look at your job description to make the final determination.
