There are several ways your employer could sponsor you for a long-term work arrangement in the U.S., from a couple of non-immigrant work visas to a green card. Under which program you have the best chances of success depends on the specifics of your education and experience, and of the business of your employer. You should seek a consultation with an immigration attorney to obtain proper guidance.

It may be possible, but we would need to know your current immigration status, country of citizenship, etc. You should consult with an attorney.
