More details to this question:
I married my husband- US citizen about 3 years ago. Now I have Permanent Green Card. But because of alcoholism of my husband I want to divorce ( I have tryed many things to treat him, but he does`t want to... and I don`t have any strength to fight anymore). But he doesn`t want to divorce and threatens me to complain to USCIS that I used him only to obtain GK. Is it possible to cancel my GK if he does this&
Your husband is free to complain to the immigration authorities that you only used him to obtain permanent residence, but any case will be resolved by the evidence. If you have evidence that you and your husband have been living together for a long period of time, it would be difficult for Immigration to take his complaint seriously. If you have not already done so, you would be advised to gather up and keep the evidence of your living together in a safe place.
