Is it possible to apply F2 visa during waiting for EB5

Hi, I am now in US with M1 Visa, and my wife has F1, we applied EB5 immigrant Investor Program during the time in US. So the question is that after my Visa expired, can I apply F2 Visa coming back to US again and continue for waiting? Thanks for your help. Good Day.

It is unclear why would you need the F2 visa in this situation. You can apply but will have to deal with INA 214b.
