You would only qualify for a green card if one of you is related to a US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident who has petitioned for you, or if you have an employer who has tried to recruit local workers for a position and could not fill it and has filed a petition on your behalf to bring you to the US to fill such a position. You may consider applying for the diversity visa lottery (depending on what country you are from).
