Is it possible to stop the process until until my future husband can get a job?

More details to this question:
Our case is on the stage of post decision activity. I should go for an interview but my future husband lost his job and cannot send the needed document from his work I need for my interview and without the job he cannot cover my and my kids living in the USA. Is it possible to stop the process until he can get a job? Our case expiration date is 30J une, 2012, thank you in advance.

You will need a joint sponsor.

You can have your husband get a joint sponsor whose income is sufficient to sign the affidavit of support on your behalf. It has to be a US citizen or permanent resident but does not have to be a relative.

To prevent the National Visa Center from closing and terminating your case, you can contact them to request additional time in order for you to find another eligible sponsor.
