is my husband going to be deported?

More details to this question:
My husband was single when he got the u visa by his mother. Now they send the application to get the permanent residency, but his now legaly married and we have a us citizen 5 month baby. I\\'m immigrant and been here for 16 years and attend to college what\\'s going to happend?

If your husband is applying under his mom's visa, he may have lost his eligibility when he got married.
