Is my wife eligible for parole in place?

More details to this question:
I'm a US army veteran. My wife entered the US on visa waiver program and overstayed 2 years ago. I heard about the parole in place for military family members.( 15/November/2013 Memo.) Is my wife eligible to file for PIP?

If you are a US citizen, she doesn't need parole in place. You should petition for her immediately, and she can concurrently apply for adjustment of status as an immediate relative on the basis of your petition. If you are not a citizen yet, you should apply for naturalization first.
