Is my wife getting sick going to prolong the I130 application?

More details to this question:
I asked the senator to help me faster my i 130 because my wife she is sick but the uscis said no...is that going to affect my processing time or not

What is your status? Are you a green card holder? If you can file for citizenship may I suggest doing so. Usually it does not change the processing times when someone is seek. But if she is seriously ill you can try obtaining a visitor's visa while an I-130 is pending. You can ask them for a visa, so she can be here with you while she is sick for you to care for her or if she needs medical attention in Us indicate that. Good luck.

It's not clear from your questions whether your wife is the petitioner or the beneficiary on the I-130. But, in any case, I recommend that you consult with a qualified immigration attorney regarding any effect an illness may have on the process and how to request an expedite of the process, if appropriate.

No, it will take as long as it typically takes if the USCIS was not willing to expedite the process. I am sorry about your situation but it is probably just going to take as long as it does for most other cases.

You do not provide enough information in your question - if your wife is in or out of the US, or you or she is either a US citizen or greencard holder, etc. I suggest setting a consultation with an immigration attorney.
